Photobook Brunch

Join me for a relaxed photobook afternoon in Lisbon. Bring one or two photobooks you enjoy and want to share. We will hang out for a couple hours, look through each other’s books, talk if we feel like it, or just sit quietly and read. There is no structure and no pressure. The idea is simply to make photobooks accessible and give people a chance to explore work they might not normally see or buy.

Books will be handled with clean hands and basic care. Keep food and drinks away from them as much as possible and turn the pages gently. Anyone who brings a book also accepts that small signs of use can happen. This is a friendly space and accidents happen.

The group will stay small so the room stays calm. Food or coffee is at your own cost.

Duration
2 to 3 hours.

What you bring
One or two photobooks. Nothing rare or fragile unless you are comfortable sharing it.

What to expect
A quiet afternoon with photography, good coffee, new book discoveries, and a space to talk about them in a low pressure way.

After the brunch
Filipa from STET books has invited us to stop by the shop for a visit. So, we'll take a short walk over, say hello, & look at some more books!

Note2: While we do not charge for our events this is at locally owned coffee shop and I will suggest a sort of minimum purchase of one drink & snack to support the establishment.
