We'll meet up in beautiful spots around Lisbon: parks, studios, or cozy indoor spaces, to enjoy Pilates sessions in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. It's not just about working out, but also about connecting with like-minded souls, having fun, and taking care of yourself.
