About us
We are a Paella Lab in the heart of Lisbon, bairro de Estrela. Originally from Valencia, Spain. We cook and cater Paella for events and takeaway.
We recently launched our Paella Gathering nights & Workshops.
Come join us in the most authentic social paella gatherings in Portugal. An experience meant to provide a space where you can share, learn and enjoy. Sorrounded by paella stuff, feel like at someone else’s house, but in a real catering dark kitchen. We launch this group with just one purpose: to meet new people while trying out Spanish cuisine :) Sounds good doesn’t it????
- Tapas events: small paella portions and cured meat + cheese tapas served with wine. Private events.
- Tasting paella menu events: a whole course menu with two different paellas, appetizers and drinks. Sit, enjoy, relax!
We welcome any social and food enthusiast in Lisbon! Max capacity to 16 people per event. Minimum 8 people.
