Journey to Womanhood: Empowering Teen Girls
Welcome to Journey to Womanhood, dedicated to empowering teen girls as they navigate the beautiful and complex journey into womanhood. This group is for international families in the Colares, Sintra, and Lisbon area who value personal growth, connection, and meaningful conversations.
My mission is to provide a safe and nurturing space for teenage girls ages 12-19 (different events for the age groups eg 12-14) to explore themes like self-esteem, body confidence, healthy relationships, and emotional well-being. Through interactive workshops, guided discussions, and creative activities, I aim to help young women embrace their unique selves and thrive in their journey toward adulthood.

✨ Description: This transformative event invites teen girls to come together in a supportive environment, where they’ll explore their individuality, express themselves freely, and leave feeling inspired and confident. Guided by an experienced facilitator and qualified youthworker from the UK, the day includes creative exercises, mindfulness practices, and empowering discussions designed to celebrate each participant's unique journey.
