This group includes events for standup comedy in English all over Lisbon, Portugal.
Those who love comedy, or who are curious to come to their first comedy show, all are welcome. Shows will all take place in English, and may include some adult or edgy topics, so please be aware in case you're sensitive to some topics.
So come have some drinks, share some laughs, and make new friends!

EXPATS ANONYMOUS – “Lost in Translation” Edition
Well, you moved abroad.
Time to put that two-week Duolingo streak to good use. But turns out, “apple,” “bicycle,” and “backpack” rarely come up in real conversation—especially when you're trying to ask where the nearest toilet is.
Now throw in the stress of negotiating a rental contract, cancelling a bank account, or surviving a bureaucratic nightmare armed only with a pocket translator... and voilà, you've landed squarely in our next comedy night:

Join some of Lisbon’s funniest comedians as we share our most ridiculous linguistic fails and cultural misunderstandings. Even better? We want to hear your stories too. Help us turn awkward moments into collective therapy (and comedy gold).
