Join us at Selva Comedy Café for Expats Anonymous Rent Nightmares edition, where we'll share hilarious stories about our struggles with renting abroad.

You just moved abroad, packed your life in a suitcase, and now you only need to spend 80% of your monthly income to leave that suitcase in a place with four walls.

Renting abroad comes with plenty of “fun” experiences: colourful and complicated new cellmates, the constant companionship of a mold colony no one will do anything about, and of course, the landlord (or lady) who makes you wonder if murder really is a capital sin.

In this edition of Expats Anonymous, we’ll tackle one of the expat struggles we dread almost as much as the first of the month: Ren Nightmares.

Our comedians will share stories of landlords and flatmates from hell — and your donations will help keep them in apartments shared with only 45 other strangers.
