So of course when the person you met three months ago asks you to move in together, you say yes. It’s an adventure. What could possibly go wrong… right?
Right?
Well, turns out this is still real life. People can be messy, emotionally unavailable, or just straight-up assholes. Sometimes they leave us worse than they found us — but at least they leave us with great stories.
On February 6th, Expats Anonymous is back with Heartbreaks Abroad — a funny, cathartic night where comedians and audience members share tales of breakups, flings, bad decisions, and international love gone wrong. No judgment, just laughter and communal healing.
