WHAT IS A ROAST BATTLE?
A Roast Battle is a comedy tournament where comedians face-off to deliver their best roast jokes about each other.

• Comics compete two at a time and take turns dishing out expertly targeted (and hilarious) insults aimed at their sparring partner.
• Out of each pair, one comedian wins--and advances to the next stage--and one limps away, probably holding back tears.

Expect perfectly crafted insults, brutally hilarious take-downs, and exacting zingers that leave their opponents sizzling. Nothing is off limits except physical violence.

HOW IT WORKS
We started with eight comedians who battled it out over the last few weeks. Now, we're down to the final four--and you're going to choose the champion.

• In the finals, we have two initial battles to determine the final two competitors. Then, the final two go up against each other to crown the ultimate winner--and recipient of the super secret prize.

Think of it as stand-up comedy meets competitive trash talk. And you're at the steering wheel.

WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE FOR THE EVENING?
Seating is limited. It will be busy and some people will have to stand. We suggest arriving on time to get a seat.

- 8:30 PM: DOORS OPEN: Get a drink. Come at this time if you don't want to stand.
- 9 PM: SHOW STARTS- 2 Finals battles to determine the final two
- 9:45 PM: SHORT BREAK
-10 PM: SHOW CONTINUES - Championship Round

HOW CAN I BOOK IT?
Tickets are required. Book your ticket on Fienta or Eventbrite. You get a discount (and guarantee your spot) when you book ahead of time.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT?
Trust us. It's worth it. This event is extremely popular and the venue has a limited capacity. Tickets guarantee your spot. Plus, this special show requires a ton of work from comedians and organizers and we believe their work should be compensated.

WILL I GET ROASTED? WILL THERE BE AN AUDIENCE ROAST?
No. The audience just watches the roast and votes on the winners. Don't worry--You will not get roasted by comedians and you won't have to roast anyone.

A Roast Battle is really fun because it highlights a comedian's talent, creativity, and hilarious brutality––all while making the audience laugh.
This is the first Roast Battle event in Lisbon, so come see it from the beginning and help decide who makes it to the Finals.

Yes, and that's the point. All comedians volunteer for this show. Although some of these jokes dig deeeeeeep, it's all in good fun. Our comedians love this style of comedy and relish the opportunity to showcase their brutal creativity. :)
