Meet Your Facilitator:
Hi, I’m Maz. Four years ago, I walked into an Authentic Relating workshop at a festival, and it changed everything. Back then, I was stuck in a cycle of disconnection—spending hours gaming, eating junk food, and numbing myself to the loneliness I felt.
That workshop introduced me to the power of vulnerability, curiosity, and empathy, and it completely transformed how I connect with others—and with myself.
Now, as I study for my Master of Clinical Psychology, I bring my personal experience and academic knowledge together to create spaces where others can experience the same transformation.
These workshops aren’t just a place to meet people—they’re a place to rediscover yourself, connect deeply, and walk away with tools to live a more fulfilling life. I can’t wait to share this journey with you.
