How to be confident and ASK for more at work and at home?
Join Us to Raising your Standards!
You already know you deserve more. You just haven't fully claimed it yet.
More honesty in your relationships.
More recognition at work.
More respect in the small everyday moments that quietly add up.
That gap between knowing and claiming is exactly what this workshop is about.
In this 3-hour live workshop, Maz and Anick bring together psychology, embodiment, and voice work to help you understand why you keep settling and actually change it.
This is not a lecture.
You will move, connect with others in the room, and leave with a clear sense of your worth and the empowering tools to live it and get what you truly want.
In-Person Transformational Workshop This powerful in-person workshop is for conscious leaders who are done shrinking, over-giving, settling, people-pleasing, and silencing themselves to be loved, accepted, or chosen.

Meet Your Facilitator Maz
At 16, Maz arrived in Australia unable to speak English. By 18, he was deeply disconnected from himself and the life he was living.
For years, he relied on distractions and unhealthy coping mechanisms to avoid facing what was really going on beneath the surface. But eventually, he reached a point where he could no longer tolerate living below his potential.
That decision changed everything.
Maz committed to doing the inner work required to rebuild his relationship with himself, challenge the standards he had unconsciously accepted, and create a life aligned with his values, truth, and vision.
His journey led him to spend five years studying psychology and working as a provisional psychologist, gaining a deep understanding of human behaviour, personal growth, and lasting change. Yet beyond qualifications and theory, it was real-life experience that taught him the most powerful lesson: transformation happens when people feel safe enough to tell the truth, take responsibility for their lives, and raise the standards they hold for themselves.
Today, Maz facilitates powerful conversations and transformational experiences that help people break free from self-abandonment, reconnect with their authentic voice, and create lives that reflect who they truly are.
His work is built on a simple belief:
The quality of your life is determined by the truth you're willing to speak and the standards you're willing to uphold.
If you're ready to stop settling, speak your truth, and raise your standards, Maz will challenge, support, and guide you every step of the way.
