Authentic Connections: A 5-Hour Immersion in Self-Awareness and Truth By Maz
Flourmillspace, 3 Gladstone St, Newtown NSW 2042, Sydney, AU### Authentic Connections
A 5-Hour Immersion in Self-Awareness and Truth
This is not a typical Meetup event.
It is a 5-hour immersive workshop for people who want to go beyond surface-level connection and explore what it means to be honest, present, and real with themselves and others.
Many of us have insight, language, and self-awareness, yet still feel stuck, unclear, or disconnected. This space is for when thinking about it is no longer enough.***
### What this is about
This workshop is experiential, not theoretical.
You will be guided through structured practices that support:- deeper self-awareness in the body, not just the mind
- honest contact with what is actually alive for you
- being seen and witnessed without fixing or performing
- clarity around what matters most for you right now
- staying present with truth, even when it feels uncomfortable
The depth comes from slowing down, not pushing harder.

### Important to know
This is not a light or social event.
This is not group therapy.
You will never be forced to share.
It is a well-held space that asks for presence, participation, and personal responsibility.
If you are just curious or looking for something casual, this may not be the right fit. If you feel a quiet pull reading this, you probably belong here.***
### The tone of the space
Grounded.
Honest.
Respectful.
Supportive without rescuing.
You can opt out of any exercise. You are encouraged to stay connected to your body and your own pace throughout.***

### About the facilitator
I have a background in psychology and run Authentic Connections workshops focused on presence, honesty, and real human relating. My intention is to create spaces where people can meet themselves clearly and practise staying connected when it matters.

### Final note
You do not need to be confident.
You do not need to be “good at sharing”.
You do need to be willing to show up honestly and meeting your own edges.
If that feels like a yes, you are very welcome.4 attendees
