One of our favorite singer songwriters is back after not coming to WT last year. Join us as Jason Isbell and his band from Alabama called the 400 Unit will perform again this summer on a Thursday night in late July, so bring your beer or wine ad join us on the lawn. They have headlined shows at Wolf Trap since 2018. This year we get my fav Patty Griffin as the opener, so double bonus.
Since the release of 2013’s Southeastern, Jason Isbell has established himself as one of the most respected and celebrated songwriters of his generation. He returns to the Filene Center stage with the 400 Unit in support of their newest album Weathervanes (2023), for an evening of Grammy-winning hits and the blended sounds of Americana and Alabama roots.
