This immersive experience begins with a gentle guided nature therapy walk through the gardens, inviting moments of mindfulness, sensory connection, and presence in nature. Guests will then settle into an outdoor sound bath featuring soothing vibrational instruments designed to calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation. Following the experience, enjoy a relaxed garden social with herbal mocktails and meaningful connections during golden hour. ✨ 🌿
