Ragtime among the redwoods - another free concert!
Details
Enjoy a free two-hour concert among the trees at the Transamerica Redwood Park in San Francisco. The June 21 event from this outdoor performance series features the "industrial" ragtime band Parlor Tricks, consisting of vocals, resonator guitar, upright bass and horn or drums.
COST: The concert is listed as free. However, I welcome $1.00 donations from Meetup RSVPers to defray the hefty fees that Meetup charges me as lead organizer.

OPTIONAL TICKET: There is a ticket page, which I don't think is actually necessary for folks to use for this free event, but it would probably help concert organizers to know how many people to expect:

WHEN/WHERE TO MEET: By 11:45 a.m. near the concert stage. (The concert starts at 12:00 p.m. and goes to 2:00 p.m.)
HOW TO FIND ME: I'm WF, 5 feet tall, with short, salt-&-pepper hair and glasses. (See my pic with my Meetup profile). I'll send my mobile number to RSVPers prior to the event.
SEATING seems to consist of wood benches scattered about the site (from what I can tell from a photo of the area). If you have a lightweight chair, you might want to bring that as a backup option just in case.
LOCATION/TRANSIT: You have the option of walking about 6 blocks up from Market Street to 600 Montgomery, or taking a Muni bus from a point near either the Embarcadero BART station or Montgomery BART station. Parking may be difficult in the area!
