Lively Friends and Euro Friends Beach Party

After our successful Beach Bum Party at Redondo Beach in August 2009, yes, you read it right, 15 years ago, we’re excited to invite you to join us again! We hit the beach with the EURO FRIENDS OF LA.

WHAT?
Bring your beach towel, chair, frisbee, volleyball, and sunscreen.
We are going to 'hang out' and play in the sand of Redondo Beach.
Bring some food and drinks for yourself or to share.
Note for new people or those who don't know many others: It's always easier to meet people when you arrive closer to the beginning of an event's stated time--that's when everyone is still in meet-and-greet mode. If you're not shy at all and willing to take initiative, then it doesnt matter!
WHEN?
Start time is 12 pm. There is no ending time established. Jeff and Maria will arrive by 11:45 am.
This is a public beach, so we cannot guarantee space, but we will try. The more of you that get here early (or on time), the more likely we can block one huge space for everyone to set up their stuff, stay together, and keep others from invading the space. For those who asked about late arrival, you are welcome to come when you want. Just keep in mind we cannot control how long others want to stay, so it may or may not be winding down prior to your arrival. That being said, we can expect to be there until at least 2-3 pm or later. You and any guests coming with you can stay as long as you want!
WHERE?
We will set up on the beach across from 1302 Esplanade, Redondo Beach. Access the beach from the ramp on Esplanade at Avenue E for the area closest to us, but there are also stairs at Avenue C and close to Avenue G. LOOK FOR THE EURO FLAGS!
You are welcome to arrive anytime after 12 pm. This is a casual event so everyone is welcome to come and go as they please. There is no official end time.
PARKING
There are no lots, just park within the neighborhood. Only Esplanade has meters. You can park for free almost anywhere else.
