Group visit to the British Science Festival 2025

Details

The British Science Festival is Europe’s longest standing science Festival, travelling to a different location in the United Kingdom each year. This year's event will take place at various venues in Liverpool between 10-14 September 2025. Liverpool Humanists will be attending the BLACK-E Chamber Theatre as a group on 13th September to hear the talk entitled Searching for Science’s Invisible Women where Greg Lynall of Liverpool University will reveal women’s contributions to some of science’s big moments, which for too long have been undocumented, obscured, dismissed or even ridiculed.

Reserve your free tickets for the talk here.

We'd love you to join us both for the talk and, afterwards, for refreshment and a chat in St Peter's Tavern - a former church now gratifyingly converted into a grand public house!
