We will be exploring different styles of meditation to help deal with stress, anxiety and restlessness in a world of modern pressures. We will use Breath work (pranayama), Mudras (Yoga of the Hands), Asanas (Yoga Postures), Sound such as chanting (Voicework), Instrumentals and much more....
