11:15-12 noon Pranayama (Breathwork) & Meditation/
Contemplation

12-12:15pm Journaling/ Breakout Space

12-15pm-1pm Forest Bathing & Hatha Yoga

1pm - 1.15pm Tea Break

1:15pm - 2pm Sound bath/ Finish
