Details

Join us for Attachment, a powerful new play by Liverpool writer Julia Cranney at the Everyman Theatre. This heartfelt and often funny drama explores the complicated realities of family, adoption, and the unexpected connections that shape our lives.
The story follows Mat, a woman people think they understand. They judge the way she looks, the way she acts, and the fact she handed her son to a stranger without shedding a tear. But as her journey unfolds, we discover a deeper story about vulnerability, identity, and the courage it takes to open your heart.
Developed alongside adoptive families from Merseyside, Attachment is a warm, honest, and poignant piece of new theatre that promises to spark conversation long after the curtain falls.
