Essential oils and how to use them in everyday life. I will be running 2 different demo's on Saturday the 26th March in my house. Numbers are limited so it is important to book in advance. 11:00-12:30 General use of oils, internally and externally. There are 3 different methods to using essential oils. Diffusing aromatically, Applied topically to the skin, or taken internally for wellness or as dietary supplements. Included in this is a demo is how you can use essential oils in cooking, cleaning and other areas of your life. 14:00-15:30 General use of oils, internally and externally. Included in this demo is an overview of the oils and how you can use them as alternative to Natural beauty products such as lip balm, facial serum, facial wash and much more.
