Younger Hearts: A Speed Dating Night

For those in the earlier chapters of adult life—whether you’re finding your rhythm in your late 20s, hitting your stride in your 30s, or still feeling flirty in your early 40s. But any age may sign up. We also have another dating event this month: Seasoned & Social: A Speed Dating NightExpect fun vibes, fresh conversations, and the chance to connect with others navigating a similar stage of dating and life.
*This is a co-hosted event with my friend Kimberly's group, Long Beach Alcohol Free Activities and Adventures. (This is not an alcohol free event)
We typically have 40-50 attendees.DATING SUCCESS:
We have hosted over 10 dating events, and connected over 100 couples, with several still going strong—and even one marriage! Let’s keep the excitement going and make more great matches! See pics and videos for past events.TIMELINE:
7:00 PM or earlier- Arrive and enjoy a beverage or a quick bite
7:15 PM - CUT-OFF FOR ARRIVALS: Arriving any later will prevent you from participating.
9/9:30 PM - After the speed dating event, everyone mingles, fills out Connection Cards, and drops them into the match bags of the people they’re interested in.WHAT TO EXPECT:
Prepare for a fun and energetic atmosphere, perfect for meeting new people from our local community.
During the event, women will be seated on one side of the table, and men on the opposite, and the men will move while the women stay in the same seat. You'll have a brief conversation for a few minutes, and then we'll rotate.COST:
$20 + fees. Admission comes with a saved seat and one beer, wine, or mocktail. We'll be doing a few raffles to keep it interesting.RSVP:

We will hold our main event at Willy's Tin Shop, one of Roxanne's side bars, which you can access through the small parking lot of Roxanne's. Additional food and beverages, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic, can be purchased next door at Roxanne's https://www.rox.bar/ and brought over to Willy's Tin Shop.We look forward to seeing you there!

We’re teaming up again with Human Aeon (www.humanaeon.org) for a wellness experience focused on contrast therapy, mindful breathwork, and meaningful connection, exclusively for our Living LA and OC community and the Human Aeon members. Whether you're a seasoned cold plunger or trying it for the first time, you'll be supported by a relaxed, welcoming group focused on health, personal growth, and community. Come solo or bring a friend.What’s the Flow:
5:00 PM – Arrive, connect, and settle in. Light mingling as we prep for breathwork.
5:30 PM – Guided Micro-Breathwork Session (25 minutes). Optional but recommended. A short intro will set the stage.

6:00–7:00 PM – Cold Plunge + Sauna Sessions + Social Time. Expect relaxed music, great conversations, and a grounding shared experience. Only participate in what you feel comfortable with.What to Bring:
Swimsuit, towel (towels will also be provided), water bottle, warm layers for after (sweatpants, hoodie, etc.), and, optionally, something to sip or share.How to RSVP + Pay:
