Open Plunge & Sauna Social – A Summer Reset with Living LA & OC

After the amazing turnout at our last event, we’re teaming up again with Human Aeon (www.humanaeon.org) for another round of cold, heat, and connection.

Join us on Saturday, July 12, from 4–7 PM for an evening to unwind, recharge, and reconnect—with yourself and the community.
New This Month:

• Optional Micro-Breathwork Session at 3:30 PM – Start your evening with a 20-minute guided breath session to ground and reset. Space is limited—email support@humanaeon.com with the subject “Breathwork RSVP – July 12” to reserve your spot.
