Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful guided breathing practice that allows you to access deeper layers of the body and mind without the need to talk or analyze. Through a continuous breathing pattern and carefully curated music..the body begins to release accumulated stress, emotional tension and stored experiences that may be held in the nervous system.
This process works from the body upward ( bottom up approach ) helping shift your internal state from stress, overwhelm or mental noise toward clarity, emotional release and a greater sense of inner balance.
In this session, you will be guided through a safe and supportive breathwork journey designed to help regulate the nervous system, reconnect with the body and access your own inner healing intelligence.
People often experience emotional release, physical sensations, insights or a deep sense of calm and presence.
Each experience is unique and unfolds at your own pace.
This session is facilitated in a trauma-informed way with clear guidance, grounding and integration support. As Iām a certified coach and breathwork facilitator..
No prior experience is necessary..only an openness to explore the power of the breath.
