Drumming Up the Sun at Red Rocks!!!!

Two events today! Come to one or both!

Come with your drums, rattles, blankets, coats, hats, and gloves! Come with your voices, smiles, friends, and family! Come to meet new friends and old on Tuesday morning, December 21, before dawn to DRUM UP THE SUN on this the morning of the Winter Solstice!

Some come as early as 5am to enjoy the stars and get the best parking spots - and others arrive closer to 6:30 or 7 when it's already light out. Usually there are 1000-5000 people in attendance. It's a free event, with no official organizers.

Living Earth will be about halfway up on the south side of the Amphitheater, with a wagon full of drums to share.
