Our certified yoga instructors are offering an all-levels yoga class in our store. Take time out of your day to breathe, stretch, strengthen, and listen to your body. You will walk out the door feeling relaxed and inspired. Poses will include some seated, some standing, and some lying flat on the floor. This class is open to anyone interested in connecting with their body and their breath.
ACTIVITY LEVEL: Easy to moderate.
WHERE TO MEET: L.L.Bean at the Promenade Shops in Saucon Valley. Please come to the front doors of the store.
WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable clothing designed for stretching and movement, yoga mat, water, snack, personal medication.
OPTIONAL RECOMMENDED ITEMS: Blocks, strap, and any other props that you enjoy using.
