More Experiences That Matter

Local Government Customer Experience Meetup is a community of customer service team members who are interested in sharing knowledge and tips on how to provide the next generation of customer experiences for local government and councils.

The aim of the meetup is to bring the community together to learn and explore the technology, tools, customer service design and techniques on creating a great customer experience.

This event is run with assistance from the customer service teams from:

  • City of Kingston
  • Wyndham City Council
  • City of Parramatta Council
