200hr Spanda Vinyasa certified yoga teacher, newly qualified and sharing her love of the practice. Naturopathic nutrition student and psychology graduate with a passion for everything mental and physical health related.
Here to build a small community — a space to regroup from the stresses of life through movement, wellbeing and reconnecting with nature. Including a run club for women looking to meet people and make running a fun social experience. Whether it’s on the mat or the pavement, it’s always better with others.
