LOCK TF IN: A 30-Day Accountability Intensive is a high-accountability wellness cohort for people who are tired of starting over.

This is not passive motivation, vague wellness advice, or another challenge you forget about in 2 weeks. This is for people ready to be honest about what's been getting in the way - inconsistency, avoidance, emotional habits, lack of structure, self-negotiation - and finally do something different.

Most people already know that to do. The problem is follow-through.

Over 30 days, participants will work in a small cohort focused on accountability, nutrition, mindset, consistency, and behavior change. Expect honest conversations, direct feedback, food tracking, weigh-ins, reflection, and support from others who are also serious about changing their habits.
