A word from your new Organizer of the Lodi Paddle Club - Christie Pittman
I started kayaking in 2013 when I rented a kayak and joined the Lodi Paddle Club on a Wednesday evening social paddle. From then it was an all in love for the sport.
My love for Kayaking began at Lodi Lake and with the Lodi Paddle Club. I have stepped up as the new organizer of the club because my heart just can't let it fade away.
The club will remain open on Meetup at least for the next few months as we go through some new club organization and changes. One of the updates will be to deleted inactive members. This will only involve members that have not participated in the past few years.
I hope to post some fun local events and I encourage you to come out and join me.
Lets make Lodi Paddle Club active again!
Our first new club event will be in October (I'm out of town in Sept) . Watch for it to be posted and sign up. It will be a chance to reconnect with members and get active again.
Let's make Lodi the place to paddle!
