This group is for Arab women who would like to maintain their Arabic in a relaxed social setting, as well as Asian women who are learning Arabic or would like to improve their Arabic through natural conversation.

Many of us living in the diaspora find ourselves speaking less Arabic over time. Instead of formal classes or structured lessons, this group is centred around genuine conversations, new friendships, and enjoying time together.

Our conversations will be predominantly in Arabic, but English can of course be used when needed

We'll start with simple meetups in Central London, usually at cafés, followed by walks when the weather allows.

This is an open-minded, non-judgmental, and welcoming space for women of all ages, backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities, nationalities, and faiths

There will be a small refundable fee when you RSVP. This avoids no shows which is unfair on the host or those on waitlist
