About us
Join us for deeper connection, honest conversation, and a space to relate beyond social roles, performance, or surface-level interaction.
Our group spaces are designed to support authentic connection, emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and meaningful human interaction within a grounded and welcoming environment.
Through guided relational exercises, embodied practices, communication explorations, and shared experiences, we create spaces that encourage curiosity, presence, emotional honesty, playfulness, and deeper connection with self and others.
Why We Created These Spaces.....
We, Marcus and Maria, are passionate about creating spaces where authenticity, honesty, and vulnerability can be explored and practised together.
We do not stand above this work, we walk alongside it, sharing from lived experience, continued practice, curiosity, and a genuine desire to connect more honestly with ourselves and others.
At the heart of these spaces is a belief that meaningful connection becomes possible when people feel able to show up more authentically, beyond performance, perfection, or social masks.
Our vision is to support spaces where empathy and honesty can coexist, where vulnerability is met with care, and where connection can be approached with curiosity, presence, and humanity.

Authentic Relating & Conscious Connections | Exploring Meaning & Aliveness
Zen Yoga, D Camberwell Grove, opposite 43 SE5 8RE, london, GB## Exploring Meaning, Depth & Aliveness in Relationships
"In a world where many of us feel disconnected, brave spaces where we can show up authentically and connect meaningfully with others are more valuable than ever."
Join us for an afternoon of Authentic Relating, conscious connection, and experiential exploration.### What is Authentic Relating?
Authentic Relating is the practice of being real with yourself and others. It invites greater self-awareness, honest communication, curiosity, and deeper human connection.
At ARE, we combine Authentic Relating Games, mindfulness, embodied practices, and relational exercises to create a space where connection can be explored in a genuine and meaningful way.
Our workshops are warm, respectful, and gently challenging. We encourage participation while honouring personal choice, boundaries, and individual pace.### Why is it Different?
This is not a workshop about learning communication theories. It's a space to experience connection directly through guided exercises and real interactions. You'll have the opportunity to:
• Practice authentic communication
• Develop emotional awareness
• Explore relationship dynamics
• Connect with others in meaningful ways
• Notice patterns, assumptions, and habits in real time
Growth happens through experience, not just discussion.### What to Expect
This is a highly experiential workshop where you'll be invited to engage at your own comfort level.
The afternoon may include:
• Guided meditation and grounding practices
• Authentic Relating Games
• Partner and small-group exercises
• Embodied awareness practices
• Group reflections and sharing
• Tea break and informal connection### Who Is This For?
This workshop is open to both newcomers and experienced participants.
Whether you're curious about authentic connection, personal growth, communication, relationships, or community, you're welcome.
Every activity is an ivitation. You are always welcome to pass, pause, adapt an exercise, or take care of yourself in whatever way feels right.### Why Join?
