Join us at London Beat Arthritis Group for a group mindful movement session to support your joint health.

We will spend around 30 minutes moving, guided by an experienced physiotherapist. All fitness levels are welcome, we will speak with everyone at the start of the event to understand your needs and ensure it is safe for you to do the exercises.

Expect a mix of functional and tai chi movements.

After exercise, we will relax in the park and share our experiences of living with chronic pain and arthritis. We will be joined by a dietitian who can share tips on specific dietary choices that can help alleviate chronic pain associated with conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Fatigue. We will discuss the importance of incorporating anti-inflammatory foods and supplements into your daily routine to promote longevity and overall well-being.

We will also leave time for simply enjoying each other's company and meeting new friends.

This workshop is perfect for anyone interested in the powerful impact that mindful movement and nutrition can have on supporting living with chronic joint pain. We know it is often a lonely experience, but it does not have to be.
