Hello Chums
I am a Guitar teacher and some of my students have suggested getting together in a group type scenario.
I think it's a good idea and am seeking likely locations and popular times. I think inside a private room in a pub is an attractive idea. Perhaps on a Sunday in the Holborn area.
Knowledge of a few barre chords might be handy, maybe a scale, perhaps at least have your guitar facing in the right direction (strings away from you) when you sit down.
If you're up for getting involved get back. Suggestions regarding venues and times are welcome. Soon as I have one I'll call the first meeting.
I envisage pitching up with a guitar and some chord charts and running through a few tunes cutting our cloth (and expectations) according to the capabilities on display.
I'm gearing it to the beginner+ so you are not required to be a virtuoso. I'll break it down into manageable parts according to who pitches up.
