Bi Pride UK 2025 (hybrid London+online) [by Bi Pride UK]

The UK's Bisexual Pride event, run by Bi Pride UK. Two stages (acts, talks/panels); community group/other organisation stalls; food/drinks; & hundreds of bi+ people & allies show up for the UK's fourth Bi Pride. Join us there, at Kings Place! Sign-up via outsavvy for guaranteed-entry free tickets in person (RSVPs here don't count but help others see people going they might know), but expect extra capacity on the day. We expect the stage discussions/acts will be live-streamed online for free as per usual. Details are scant as yet but based on last year...

* The entertainment stage hosts live music / cabaret til late.
* A talks stage runs keynotes and panel discussions/Q&As.
* The Community Hub area hosts stalls with info and pride merchandise, including us!
* Food and drink vendors

🟣 Our Stall:
Meet us at our (hoped-for) stall; free stuff (leaflets/booklets, stickers, facepaint stripes, bi-colours ribbon for streamers), plus sales of badges, pride facepaint sticks, booklets and a place to meet us/a few other members!

Help needed! Meet loads of bi+ people, with easy ice-breaker conversation starters set up for you, & give back to community: volunteer to help run our stall. Even for a toilet/snack break for others, or stay a while - all useful. Free stuff/a discount for notable help; exhibitor's access if arranged in advance, free soft drinks+biscuits, and help with travel expenses if needed.

🟣 Food and Drink:
Green & Fortune Café will be open inside Kings Place, offering hot and cold drinks, freshly baked cakes (on-site baker), plus pastries, breakfast rolls, sandwiches, and hot lunches.

🟣 Main Stage: entertainment
Hosted by ??? (updated when I know). Headlined by an amazing bi act. Performers/speakers (including panelists) - apply via the site now (until the deadline). Also watch for:

• Fabulous bi drag/dance/comedy/drama
• ... and many more - burlesque, maybe poetry, etc. (+see event comments)

🟣 Accessibility:
Stages live-streamed on their YouTube/Twitch/Facebook channels, no ticket needed. They've previously had red wristbands for attendees (on request) to mark yourself to avoid being in official published photos. There is a quiet, sensory room to escape to if it gets too much.

Bi Pride UK prioritise access; have previously ensured ramps for wheelchair access, accessible & gender-neutral toilets, provided earplugs, and volunteers to help where needed for spontaneous/unforeseen needs. Also expect: changing rooms (e.g. trans/disabled/other needs); BSL interpreted stages; calming+quiet sensory room away from celebrations; loan ear defenders, sanitary products; website has more ("Access Info" link/scroll down).

There is also a Remembrance Space to remember those our community has lost (bring a picture of your loved ones to put on our remembrance board or write a message in our book of remembrance), and a Multi-faith Prayer Room.
The Simon Cremen Sensory Room is for those who need a quiet and soothing space away from our busy celebrations.
