Please if you must communicate on a one to one basis can do so by messaging as individuals and not over the group communications. This can be done by going to the members page and by pressing "Send Mail".
I sympathise with Hannah and Kubilay and agree that a personal chat should be that.
I caught the chat half way through on my mobile at work where i should not be really looking at the net and sort of picked up the wrong end of the stick. That said my reply was as tactful as I could be under the circumstances.
However i was correct about others getting upset.
This is not a networking site like Facebook or TVchix where its easy to chat, the site is a way of communicating events to its members. The way the chat happened today every single  member received a copy of the banter and not everyone was interested in it and some have been purturbed by it, so i ask if it is a one to one you want please keep it to yourselves.
I try to keep every one in the group happy as best I can so don't take this in a bad way.
I have to think about group moral as much as that of individuals.
Keep communicating but also think of others.
Pretty please.
