Alberto Fernandez (https://github.com/bortexz) will be presenting:
"Graphcom: composable incremental graph of computations"
With Clojure is easy to compose pure functions together to compute a
given result. But when those computations are incremental (i.e they
keep their current value and only introduce new changes), dealing with
their internal state on a graph with multiple nested computations can
become difficult. Graphcom (https://github.com/bortexz/graphcom) is an
attempt to enable that graph of composable incremental computations,
while keeping the functional and pure Clojure approach.
Alberto has been working as a Full Stack Engineer for about 10 years,
the latest 3 working with Clojure. After working at OnTheMarket on the
Data Engineering team, he decided to go on a sabbatical to spend time
on his algorithmic trading pet project.
