This group is for people who are working on or interested in computer/machine vision software/algorithm development and it's applications. With ever cheaper and available sensors, computers, GPUs, HPC, cloud computing and open source software development, it's easier than ever to implement sophisticated and image processing and vision tasks across a huge range of application domains such as robotics, autonomous vehicles, drones/UAVs, industrial inspection and Earth observation satellites.
This group aims to gather a community of researchers, start-ups, hackers and anyone with an interest in Computer Vision developments to show-case their projects, give talks and socialise over drinks.
