This month... "How to live-code OpenGL in the browser using Clojure.” with Nick Rothwell @cassieldotcom
Back from a long summer for a new season of Show and Tell! Please note: we're in a new venue for this next meetup!
Join us for demos and discussion, feedback and learning, inspiration and ideas.
We return in our 'last Wednesday of the month' slot for the next London Creative Coding Meetup Show and Tell. A popular format that has been described as "frustratingly inspirational"!
There will be 3 meetups before the end of the year (Sept/Oct/Nov) so if you've got something you'd like to present, a project you'd like to demo to the group for feedback, or a topic you'd like to tell us about, drop me a line and I'll add you to the programme. Or, come along and join in with the Open Mic part of the night.
You're welcome to bring along your own refreshments for the night, a beer (or two to share). It's a "leave no trace" event. Manifesto are kind enough to lend us the space, so please plan to take away your bottles and cans at the end of the event so we can leave the place as we found it.
This month we're hosted by Manifesto (between Farringdon and Angel). The format is same as before:
7:00pm - Arrive and say hello.
7:30pm Welcome and group discussion.
8:00pm "How to live-code OpenGL in the browser using Clojure."
with Nick Rothwell @cassieldotcom
8:45pm Open Mic - This is the part of the night where anyone can get up and show something. Maybe you've been inspired during the night and want to show a relevant project? Perhaps a short YouTube video that adds to the discussion of the night. Is there an event or installation coming up that the group should know about?
