Walk With Pawla is a welcoming dog community that brings people together through relaxed group walks in London. We believe dogs are a wonderful way to spark genuine human connection, encourage time outdoors, and build friendships naturally.
Our walks are social, inclusive, and open to all friendly dogs and their humans — whether you come alone or with friends. We focus on creating a calm, respectful environment where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and part of a community.

Join us for a relaxed, beginner-friendly dog yoga experience at Sol Centre London, where you can enjoy some movement, spend quality time with your pup and meet other dog owners in the Pawla community.
The session is led by a professional yoga instructor, and no previous yoga experience is needed.

Total Experience:
Approx. 1.5 hours
Arrival, Briefing & Settle In — 15 minutes
Time to arrive, get comfortable, set up your space and help your pup settle in before a short welcome and briefing.
Dog Yoga — 1 hour 15 minutes
A 75-minute guided yoga session with a professional instructor, designed to be relaxed and beginner-friendly.
Your dog will be right there with you throughout the session — so a little wandering, sniffing, barking or stealing your mat is all part of the experience.
## ABOUT THE SESSION
Yoga With Pawla is about doing something for yourself without having to leave your dog at home.

Please make sure your dog is comfortable around other dogs and people in an indoor environment.
## WHAT TO BRING
Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for yoga and bring water for yourself and your dog, a lead, treats and anything your pup may need to settle comfortably.
## PHOTOS & VIDEOS
Pawla may take photos and short videos during the session to share with our community and across our social channels.
If you’d prefer not to be photographed or filmed, just let a Pawla team member know on the day.
## COST
Spaces are limited, so please book your place in advance.
## CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event start time.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. If Pawla needs to cancel the event, attendees will receive a full refund.
## FRIENDLY DISCLAIMER
Please participate at your own pace and let the instructor know if you have any injuries or concerns before the session.
Owners remain responsible for their dogs throughout the event. Please keep your pup under control, respect other dogs’ space and clean up after them if needed.
