RE-VITALISE - a Bioenergetic Breath Journey

In our daily life we control or suppress our emotions by holding our breath. As a result, most of the time we feel tense, depressed and lack energy.

Breathwork is the most powerful, ancient tool to re-connect with our body, come back to our senses, heal our past traumas, feel joyful, energetic, rejuvenated and relaxed again.

Natural, deep breath will allow us to connect with the full potential of ourselves - body, heart and soul.

This unique approach combines therapy and meditation and it means that after a powerful releasing breathing session we go into meditation…

We have time to sit silently and observe the inner state… we have time to integrate the experience of the breathing session, to settle it down, to bring light into the unconscious mind and to grow and raise our consciousness… Combination of these two methods works on many levels of your being, deeply relaxing you, and bringing more energy and aliveness into your life.

With a background in Breathwork and Psychotherapy, Seth creates space for you to enter into the life of your body through the Breath. The goal of his work is to get you back in touch with your love, your passion, lifeforce, vitality, and creativity.
