Each week we run a drop in Bioenergetic Alchemy class linked in with the phases of the moon and using the 4 elements, (Earth, Water, Fire and Air) as a map.

Cost: £15/ or £20 for both classes if you stay on for the Tantric Trance Dance™ (8pm-10pm)

Essential things to bring:
Warm, comfortable clothes suitable for Yoga or Tai Chi, water bottle yoga mat and blanket.
