For us, dance has always been more than just movement, it is meditation, a way to tap into something far greater than our individual selves. Across cultures and generations, time & space, people have danced to heal, to connect, and to remember who they truly are.

PRANA MYSTIC is an invitation to move, release, and open up... to let go of city stress, to dance in lightness and joy, and to share the experience with a beautiful community.
Our journey will be guided by a powerful, uplifting, and heart-expanding WORLD MUSIC set — weaving together mystical, euphoric, and transformative sounds to awaken your creativity and deepen your connection with your dance and your heart.

🌿 To support this journey, we’ll also share ceremonial-grade cacao in a guided Cacao Ceremony & Chakra Journey with Seth, a grounding practice that opens the heart, nurtures the body, and aligns our energy centres with positivity before we dance.

At Ecstatic Dance London, we adore raw ceremonial cacao. It’s a natural heart-opener and gentle energiser that supports emotional flow, creativity, and embodied presence on the dancefloor.
Your complimentary raw vegan cacao is lovingly prepared using ethically sourced, high-quality cacao from Guatemala.
Free from gluten, dairy, nuts, and refined sugar, velvety, nourishing, and deeply delicious.

• No phones on the dancefloor
• No talking while dancing
• Move however you wish
• Respect yourself, others, and the shared space
This is a zero-tolerance sober space. Please arrive clear-headed; anyone arriving intoxicated will be refused entry or asked to leave. No refunds.
Dancers participate at their own risk. Ecstatic Dance London accepts no responsibility for spontaneous joy, open hearts, or sore cheeks from excessive smiling (or for injury, loss, or damage).

THE PRACTICE
Arrival & Warm-up: Gentle stretching, movement, and intention-setting to ease into the body.
The Journey: A full ecstatic dance soundwave guided by a live DJ set, with light facilitation to support flow and presence.
Integration: The dance typically closes with a deep relaxation to land the experience.
Late arrivals disrupt the shared container. Entry closes 30 minutes after the start, please arrive on time so we can journey together from beginning to end.

✨ The Journey
We begin by arriving in the body, with an optional Kundalini Meditation (5:50–7:00pm) for those who want to drop in early.
From there, the journey unfolds:
A guided movement warm-up → our heart-opening cacao ceremony & connection ritual → a slow build into a euphoric, high-energy dance peak → softening into spacious, grounded integration → closing together with a gentle landing and fruit social.
The music moves across electronic, INDIAN-infused, spiritually-rich soundscapes, designed to take you out of your head and into your body: with live percussion woven in at key moments to ignite rhythm and release.

Step into the evening with a practice designed to help your whole system unwind. These sessions guide you back to your natural, relaxed state through a simple, powerful active meditation!

Join for Kundalini Meditation (5:50–7pm) and, if you wish, stay on for Ecstatic Dance & Cacao + Wellness space (7:15–10pm), all held in the warm glow of our stunning Grade II listed venue in Maida Vale.
