🌿 THE THEME: ENCHANTED FOREST & DIVINE BEINGS
🎭 Come as your divine, wild or mythical self.
Dancers have the freedom to attend either as woodland creatures, celestial beings, or glamorous alter egos. Think: velvet, feathers, shimmer, autumn colours and beautiful masks. Come in a full transformation or add one magical detail: there’s no need for an elaborate costume!
Step into a world of woodland magic, mysterious masks and celestial sparkle. Join us for a Halloween/ Samhain celebration where the fun of dressing up meets dancing freedom, and an uplifting night out comes complete with a nervous system-resetting sound journey.

🎶Music Vibes: Expect an infusion of Global Bass, Psytrance, Ethno-Fusion, Folktronica, Medicine Music, Shamanic Soundscapes, woven into an Ecstatic Wave that journeys us from gentle beginnings through to powerful release, and onto joyful celebration & connection, before bringing us to land into stillness.

THE INVITATION
As Autumn deepens and the nights grow longer, we invite you to gather for an evening of movement, mystery and imagination.
Our Halloween/Samhain Masquerade Ball offers a moment to honour the turning season, reflect on what you’re ready to leave behind, and give expression to something new something fresh to born into creation.
What part of yourself would you like to bring to the dance floor: your wildness, your tenderness, your courage, your playfulness?

Be welcomed by an alcohol-free welcome elixir shot, then an ecstatic dance warmup, and settle into a ceremonial-grade cacao offering and guided meditation led by Seth, with time to connect with your body and set a personal intention.
From there, we dance! Follow the rhythm, explore your own movement and enjoy the freedom of a dance floor without conversation, phones or choreography.
To close, lie back and settle into a sound journey & gong bath, giving yourself time to rest, listen and let the evening’s movement settle. Afterwards, stay for fresh fruit and an easy, friendly social.
Come solo or bring friends. No dance experience is needed: everyone is welcome, whether this is your first Ecstatic Dance or a regular part of your London life.

DRESS YOUR IMAGINATION
Think woodland goddesses, celestial dreamers, wild spirits, enchanted creatures and magnificent alter egos.
Velvet, flowing fabrics, autumn colours, botanical crowns, shimmer and decorative masks are all welcome. Come in a full transformation or add one magical detail: there’s no need for an elaborate costume.
Dressing up is encouraged; masks are optional. Choose something you can move comfortably in, and feel free to remove your mask whenever you wish.

OUR DANCE FLOOR AGREEMENTS
Together, we create a welcoming space for freedom, expression and connection:
• Stay sober: an alcohol, drug, psychedelic and smoke-free evening.
• Dance barefoot: leave your shoes off the dance floor.
• Be present: keep phones and cameras away.
• Let movement do the talking: save conversations for the social.
• Follow your own rhythm: move, pause or rest whenever you need.
• Respect boundaries: honour each other’s space and seek clear consent before touch or shared dancing.
Please arrive sober. Anyone arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry & asked to leave. No refunds will be offered in these circumstances.

EVENING SCHEDULE
◈ 7pm–7:30pm Arrival & Warm-Up
Check in, enjoy your welcome elixir and ease into the space.
◈ 7:30pm Opening Cacao Ceremony & Intention Setting
Gather with Seth to arrive in your body and begin our shared journey.
◈ Following the Ceremony Ecstatic Dance SoundWave
An unfolding journey through global rhythms, deep bass, uplifting melodies and atmospheric soundscapes.
◈ Closing Practice Sound Journey & Gong Bath
Settle into stillness and enjoy a restful landing, finishing by 9:45pm.
◈ 9:45pm–10:15pm Optional Fruit Social
Fresh fruit, conversation and time to connect after the dance.
Doors close at 7:30pm. Please arrive with enough time to check in and settle. We begin together to support a connected shared experience, and entry will not be possible after this time.
