London 20 & 30s Community | The Great Friendship Project

We don’t do boring Wednesdays and so this week, we’re hugely excited to be hosting yet another activity night exclusively for 20s and 30s to spice up your midweek.

For this latest social, we've booked out a couple of oches at one of the most popular activity bars in the city - Flight Club in Angel.

To kickstart the night - we've booked out some tables at the venue - so you can have some drinks, meet and connect before the experience.

If you've never been to Flight Club before, each oche is kitted out with cutting edge dart-tracking technology and automatic electronic scoring designed to bring the game of darts into the 21st Century 🎯

Not only does the technology take the stress out of scoring, but it also offers a range of fast and exciting multi-player games that you can play on this interactive dartboard.

From "killer darts" to "snakes and ladders", over the course of the evening we'll be enjoying plenty of competitive fun and putting our darts skills to the test 🏆

Best of all, whilst a night at Flight Club would typically cost you £17pp... we've secured an amazing discount - so this entire evening of social fun for just £6.50pp!

It's here again! On Friday 3rd April - we're hugely excited to be once again hosting one of our famous karaoke parties.

Yep that’s right, after a number of requests since our last Karaoke night in January, we'll be heading for another special evening of social drinks and great tunes 🍻

And for this latest Karaoke adventure, we'll be heading to perhaps London's most high-tech new karaoke venue - BAM Karaoke in Victoria.

As always - we’ll be heading to a nearby pub, so that you can warm up your singing voice, get to know those you'll be singing with later on in the evening a little better and recruit your band.

We’ll then head over to BAM Karaoke, which offers state-of-the-art private karaoke rooms with a range of microphones and a catalogue of 45,000+ songs - from pop hits, to rock classics to famous dance anthems for you to belt out 🎵

And unlike other karaoke rooms, their system is built with a range of clever tools to inspire you, help you craft epic playlists, choose the performer for each song and even social games to play.

Best of all, the first places for the party are completely free for those who RSVP quick enough!

Singers of all standards are welcome, whether you're tone deaf or a professional performer, we’d love to have you join us for what's always a really enjoyable night.

WHERE/WHEN WE WILL MEET

We have a private room booked nearby beforehand, from 7:45pm for social drinks.

However, we'd kindly ask that you arrive no later than 8:30pm, so that we can head over together in time for the start of the experience.

Spring is in the air and to mark the occasion, as always - we'll be following tradition and hosting our 5th annual Easter Egg Hunt, exclusively for 20s and 30s.

Yep that's right - since 2022, we've hosted this yearly hunt across in Regent’s Park which combines a traditional treasure hunt with clues, a mix of fun, challenges and of course, plenty of chocolate.

Over the afternoon - you’ll be working in teams to decrypt a series of clues that will lead to a number of secret locations across the park where we've hidden a number of eggs 🥚

Within each egg, you'll find a hidden task or challenge you must complete as a team - designed to test your ingenuity, creativity, bravery and team work.

Each successful challenge completed will earn you points and the team with the most points at the end of the hunt, will be crowned the champions 🏆

However, that's not all... as to hinder you and add an extra element of fun to proceedings – there’ll also be some Easter Dinosaurs roaming in the park, who'll be seeking to trying to hunt you down.

If they catch you - you'll be at risk of losing points, so you'll need your wits about you to evade and escape their clutches 🦖

And of course - no Easter celebration would be complete without a trip to the pub - where you’ll be able to grab a drink and share experiences with those you’ve met along the way, after the hunt is over.

It's always one of our most special occasions of the year and definitely one not to be missed this Easter!

WHERE/WHEN WE WILL MEET

On Wednesday 8th April, we're excited to be hosting our latest FREE Board Games Night, exclusively for 20s and 30s.

Yep, that's right - we're back and as always, we've booked out a big private space in central London and we’ve got a fantastic collection of some of the most popular games that you’ll be able to choose from 🎲

From classics like Exploding Kittens and Uno, social deduction games like Secret Hitler and Werewolf, to party games like Codenames and Chameleon, you’re sure to find something you’ll love.

On top of this, you're also welcome to bring your own games that you love or wanting to play - providing they are short, easy to learn and accessible games for 6+ players🃏

Best of all, over the course of the evening, you'll be able to mix around, meet lots of other 20s and 30s whilst playing a range of different games.
