Set up in November 2021, The Great Friendship Project was set up to help 20s and 30s meet, connect and hopefully build life-long friendships.
To help make this happen, we also host 3-4 weekly events from free social walks, games evenings, day trips, social events, activity nights to picnics.
You can bring a friend to our events or come alone, our events will give you an opportunity to make new friends and have a ton of fun while you're at it.

FULL - Activate: Live Challenge Arena | London 20s and 30s
The Riverside, 5 Saint George Wharf Hamilton, SW8 2LE, London, GBWe don’t do boring Wednesdays... and so on 1st July, to spice up your midweek, we’ll be heading back to Vauxhall for an adrenaline-fuelled evening of social fun.
Yep back by popular demand - we're off to Activate - one of London’s most exciting new venues, packed with immersive team challenges and fast-paced games 🎯
To kick things off, we’ll meet at a nearby pub so you can grab a drink, get to know your fellow competitors before the main event of the evening.
Inside the venue, you’ll find 9 high-tech game rooms, each offering a range of games and challenges designed to test your speed, skill, memory, strategy and teamwork 🤝
You’ll be grouped into teams of 4, and in each game room, you’ll have the option to work together to beat the challenge or go head-to-head against your teammates to see who comes out on top.
Your electronic wristband tracks your score throughout the session - both your personal tally and your team’s total, and your points can even be redeemed for prizes 🏆
For each game, there are also a range of levels to test yourselves against and you can replay any you enjoyed, or want to try again.
And best all, whilst an evening at Activate could typically cost you £25pp... we've managed to secure an exclusive discount - so this whole evening is just £14.95pp ❤️

We will be starting the evening at a nearby pub at 7:30pm to give you a chance to meet and with your fellow 20s and 30s.
However we'd kindly ask you arrive no later than 7:55pm, so that we can head over to the venue together and get checked in, ahead of the experience.

Summer Party: Picnic & Park | London 20s and 30s
Kensington Gardens Bandstand, London, GBYep, they're finally back! With the temperatures a little kinder and the sunshine still here... on Friday, we'll be hosting our first Summer Picnic of the year!
Yep, we’ll be marking the start of the weekend in Kensington Gardens (Hyde Park) with social drinks, good vibes, and plenty of friendly new faces.
And over the evening, there’ll be the option to play some light-hearted park games like spikeball, frisbee, and football, but you're just as welcome to come along and unwind in the sunshine.
You’re also welcome to bring along any board games or card games to play, any snacks or drinks you want, and maybe something to sit on to stay comfy.
And then as the sun goes down and the temperature dips, we’ll head to a nearby pub to carry on the evening with anyone who wants to keep things going.
These picnics are rather rare and always a special occasion, so we’d love for you to join us while the sunshine lasts.

FREE Social Walk, Games & Pub Trip | Greenwich Park
Blackheath, London, GBAnother Summer weekend. And to make the most of the warmer weather - we've got your Sunday sorted again with our next Social Walk and Pub trip, exclusively for 20s and 30s.
And for this latest Sunday walk, we’ll be visiting one of the most popular walking spots in the city, Greenwich Park 🌳
As always, before heading off on the hike, you'll be allocated a group/team for an initial mix of fun and light-hearted games to help break the ice and help you get to know your fellow walkers a little better.
After the games and everyone is warmed up for walk, we’ll then set off on our 2-3 hour hike across East London 🥾
From the green bushy pastures of Blackheath, we will wander into Greenwich Park taking in some of the most famous views overlooking London and the Old Royal Observatory along the way.
We will then venture past the historic sailing ship, the Cutty Sark, through the Greenwich Foot Tunnel and along the canals of the Isle of Dogs to Canary Wharf.
When we've reached Canary Wharf, we will then finish up at a pub nearby where you can grab a drink and get to know your fellow hikers a bit better 🍻
As always, owing to the size of the venue, we will be having to cap numbers for this event, and so do make sure you nab your place as soon as you can!

Yep, that's right - we're back and as always, we've booked out a big private space in central London and we’ve got a fantastic collection of some of the most popular games that you’ll be able to choose from.
We’ve got some of the most popular classics like Codenames and Exploding Kittens, social deduction favourites like Avalon and Werewolf, to crowd-pleasers like Wavelength and Chameleon 🦎
On top of this, you're also welcome to bring your own games that you love or wanting to play - providing they are short, easy to learn and accessible games for 6+ players.
Best of all, over the course of the evening, you'll be able to mix around, meet lots of other 20s and 30s whilst playing a range of different games.
