Heal, strengthen and nurture with postnatal yoga. Breathing and stretching exercises work to relieve tension in the body as well as connecting with a community of mums. I combine specific postnatal yoga exercises for both mums and babies to enjoy together
The postnatal yoga focuses on strengthening the abdominal area and restoring pelvic muscle function. Helps to relieve lower back pain, reduce and alleviate neck and shoulder tension and realign the spine.
