This group is for jazz lovers, musicians, artists, venues and promoters to get together and share their love of jazz.

I am running this group to support the jazz community in London and expect members to take an active role, so if you see anything good or you're thinking of going to a gig that is not listed in the calendar, please share and use the group chat to connect.

LLJM is a not-for-profit. The Meetup subscription cost me about $300 + tax a year, therefore I kindly ask you for a one-off contribution of £5. Membership is free thereafter. It is your responsibility to buy your own ticket for performances and arrive on time at the meeting place.

Please only RSVP once you have secured a ticket. If, for any last minute reason, you were unable to attend, please amend your RSVP to “not attending” out of courtesy for the event host, so they know exactly who is attending.

If you are a jazz musician, artist, promoter or venue, you are welcome to list your gigs on the LLJM calendar and LLJM Facebook page.

Listing gigs is free and gives your event visibility to a large group of jazz lovers. In return we ask that you arrange for a clearly signposted reserved space for LLJM members coming to your gig. This is to ensure that LLJM members can gather and socialise together.
