Cocktails & Unplugged Concert at The Royal Society of Arts, The Strand

Details

Hi All

I know a good few have fallen in love with The RSA and their gorgeous lounge and cocktail bar, MUSE, where we host these lovely concerts and Im excited to invite you the next one which has been upgraded to an even more historic space, the Tavern Room.

The Royal Society of Arts was originally formed in the 18th Century, when arts, society and culture were debated in fashionable coffee houses. It later moved to its stunning Georgian premises behind The Strand, and fellows continue to debate and advocate for Society, Arts and Industry.

Here's our artist programme:

Jessica-Beth has transitioned from opera singer to pop artist, blending classical skills with soulful, piano-led pop. Turning real-life stories and feelings into powerful ballads, her music is all about being her authentic self. Her debut single 'Cuts Deep' which dropped in January, has been met with great reviews and Jess feels so fortunate to be promoted by Success Express who have supported her every step of the way. Jessica has sung at some of the best venues in London that go the extra mile to support independent artists such as: The Hux Lounge, Kensington, Soho Sanctum, Piano Smithfield’s and in December, had her own sold-out show at PizzaExpress Live in Covent Garden. Whether singing about love, loss, or life's challenges, Jessica-Beth brings a unique blend of classical training and contemporary pop to the music scene.'

Rose White is a London-based singer-songwriter described as mixing playful pop, soul, and funk with powerful energy and storytelling. She is known for her husky voice, which has been compared to Amy Winehouse and Olivia Dean, and her ability to openly address topics often unspoken. Rose is Polish-born and started her music career in London after arriving with limited resources and no connections. She has released an EP, "One Fourth Mark," and a single, "Mistake I Want To Make," and has played various venues in London, including The Fiddler's Elbow and the Stag's Head. Her music has been described as "intimate storytelling" and "unapologetic sass". Rose White's music is influenced by artists like Nina Simone, James Brown, Stevie Wonder, and Amy Winehouse.E WHITE

Tom Cameron is a dynamic vocalist, pianist, guitarist, and multi-genre singer-songwriter with a passion for storytelling through music. Known for his captivating performances and versatility, he has been a key collaborator in numerous bands spanning genres from rock to electronic and experimental music. As an instrumental composer, his work reflects a deep connection to melody and mood, creating vivid soundscapes with a deep, lasting resonance. Now stepping into the spotlight as a solo artist, Tom Cameron combines heartfelt lyrics, intricate instrumentation, and raw emotion, offering a unique sound that connects different styles and showcases his artistry at its most personal.

This is an intimate concert which is entirely unplugged takes place in the historic "Tavern Room", within the RSA, so named as it was a tavern in previous centuries, where Dickens would sit and write his novels. Quite incredible.

As ever we have a special discount code for LONDONLIVE family. Quote LONDONLIVE when booking for £8 tickets.
