WHATSAPP GROUP FOR ATTENDEES
The week before the event, a WhatsApp group link will be shared with everyone RSVPd as "Going". Please note that joining will make your phone number visible to other members.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- LoMAZ events are run by volunteers. We have an attendee limit to help the host manage the event. We prefer a smaller, friendlier group.
- If the attendees list is full, you will be added to the waitlist. If someone drops out, waitlisted attendees are moved to the 'Going' list in order of priority. If the waitlist gets too long, we close RSVPs.
- IF YOU CAN NO LONGER ATTEND, PLEASE CHANGE YOUR RSVP. This gives someone on the waitlist the chance to attend.
- If you don't show up to three events in a row and you did not change your RSVP to "Not Going", you will be removed from the group.
- If you change your RSVP to "Not Going" on five events in a row, you will be removed from the group.
Thank you! β The LoMAZ Admin Team
