Welcome to SONA Support Groups! It's easy to join. Simply follow the instructions below to connect to thousands of others who join us for daily meetings. If you are nervous or scared, we get it. We all were, but remember you are worth it. You do not deserve what has happened or is happening to you at the hands of a narcissist and we are here to support you.
How to sign up for a First Timer's meeting.

Find the First Timer's meeting that works for your schedule
RSVP and pay the registration fee.
You will receive a link to the meeting the morning of the meeting you have RSVP'd to.
Once you have attended you will be an Established Member and can RSVP to all meetings which are complimentary.
